About me

It was the search for an alternative to conventional treatments for my three sons asthma and eczema that was the original impetus behind deeper exploration of complementary medicine. Having originally trained as a teacher and worked with both children and parents I embarked on a new direction twelve years ago and trained in Reflexology and Reiki. To my surprise I discovered I enjoyed working with feet! Two years ago I decided to concentrate on the Metamorphic Technique, a gentle technique on feet hands and head. I was attracted by the idea that is not a therapy or a treatment and that it is the person's own life force that does the work. I have drawn on my own experience of working with children and parents, to put on some Taster Workshops in the Metamorphic Technique which can be easily taught for use within the family. I trained in 2009 to become a teacher of the Technique, as I am eager to share its benefits with others.
